“Sangh to Purify Hindu Society with Panch Transformation” – Ravindra Kirkole
Wagholi, Pune – The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Vadgaonsheri Region successfully concluded its Vijayadashami Shastrapujan Utsav on Sunday, October 6, 2024, in the satav school premises at Wagholi. This auspicious event, held annually, saw the presence of numerous dignitaries, volunteers, and civilians.

Keynote speaker Shri Ravindra Kirkole, the coordinator of the All India Samajik Samarasta, delivered a thought-provoking speech, emphasizing that the RSS’s upcoming centenary year will focus on Panch Parivartana (five transformations) aimed at purifying the Hindu society’s identity. These transformations, according to Kirkole ji, include:
1.Social Harmony
2.Family Awareness Forum
3.Environmental Conservation
4.Civil Duty
5.Swadeshi Jagran
Ravindra ji also highlighted the thoughts of RSS founder Dr. Hedgewar, explaining that the Sangh was not established to oppose any religion, but to organize and rejuvenate the native Hindu society. “Even if Muslims or Christians had not arrived in India, the Sangh would have been formed to unify the Hindu society,” Kirkole stated.

The event’s chief guest, Nanasaheb Nimbalkar, stressed the importance of collective efforts to eliminate social inequality in India. The audience witnessed various demonstrations by the RSS volunteers, including physical drills, Samata, Danda Yudh, Fist Combat, and Yogasana, showcasing the discipline of the organization.

Over 275 RSS volunteers, clad in full uniform, participated, while more than 300 mothers and sisters from the community were in attendance, demonstrating strong public support.
Prominent attendees included West Maharashtra Province Service Chief Shailendra Borkar and Vadgaonsheri Divisional Officer Krishnakant Satav, adding to the program’s significance.
The event marked a powerful message of unity, social transformation, and dedication to the nation’s progress.
